Please register dancers at appropriate level/ability. Dancers can change levels the day of the convention IF there is availability. 

Dynamic level 1 (Newbie):
Suggested ages 8+ Under -
Can only take Dynamic level 1 classes

Prices Include one observer band

  • One day event $155

  • One class only- $55

*Must register 4 weeks in advance to avoid the late registration cost of $175*

Dynamic level 3 (Advanced):
Suggested ages 13+ Over -
Can only take Dynamic level 3 classes

Prices do not Include observer bands 

  • One day event $165

  • One class only- $65

Dynamic level 2 (Intermediate): Suggested ages 12+ Under -
Can only take Dynamic level 2 classes

Dynamic Pro (18+/Teacher):
Must be 18+ Over -
Can observe or take classes at any level

Convention Rules

DPC believes that convention classes are for dancers to have fun, learn and grow without the pressure of being judged. There will not be performances/DPC competition during the same weekend as convention classes.

  • You do not have to register for a DPC competition in order to take convention classes- we keep them separate.

  • There is no age cut off. Classes are based off of level ability.

  • You are only eligible for scholarships if you purchase a full one-day band.

  • If you register late, there will be a $15 late fee added no matter what level you register at- no exceptions.

  • You may sign up the day of the event IF there is availability, with the $15 late fee added to the original price.

  • Wrist bands must be kept on the entire day/weekend and will not be replaced if lost.

  • There is a no refund policy for DPC with the exception of medical reasons. Proof will be asked for.

  • No food or drink is allowed for dancers or observers in the ballrooms (only water bottles).

  • Food will not be provided for lunch breaks. Concessions are available at some venues. Please contact DPC for info.

Convention Discounts & Offers

Observer Bands: For family and friends to come watch and support their favorite dancer(s)​

  • Price: $50/band.

  • Must be 4 years or older.

  • Must not disrupt any dancers during class.

  • Must wear wrist band during the entire day/weekend. We will not replace them if lost.

  • No food or drink allowed in ballrooms (only water bottles).

Studio Owners:

  • If you bring 10-19 dancers, you will receive a FREE Dynamic Pro band.

  • If you bring 20+ dancers, you will receive TWO FREE Dynamic Pro bands.

  • Regular Observer bands will be discounted to $30/band if you are a teacher bringing 9 or less dancers.

College Students:

  • With proof of a college ID, you will receive a 20% discount.
